I say, I placed an order and wondered where it is?
Outstanding work and thanks for your custom. Due to the awesome bespoke nature of your order it usually takes 5 to 10 working days to ship. Occasionally outside forces may delay this, we’ll try to keep you up-to-date but if not please get in touch.
Neat, and what if I need something quickly?
If you let us know when you need it by (ideally before you place the order) then I’m sure we’ll be able to sort something out. Please bear in mind rush orders may incur a rush order fee.
I have here an email saying my order has been sent but I haven’t got it yet. Any ideas?
If you chose a tracked shipping method your email should have included a tracking number, your best bet is to check that first as it has all the information we can see. If that doesn’t help, or you didn’t get a tracking number, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
I’ve received my order but something ain’t right…
Yikes. While we make every effort to send out orders in perfect, erm, order, we are but mere humans so occasionally things happen. Please check the Order Information page first to make sure all criteria are met then get in touch right away and we’ll get on it.
